This Privacy Policy explains how KMIUYN ("we", "us" or "our") handles information when you use our mobile applications and our website. It applies to:

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

Our apps do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or other contact details inside the apps. If you contact us by email, we receive the email address and any information you choose to include in your message.

Content you create

Drawings, images, palettes, settings and game progress are stored locally on your device. We do not upload them to our servers. They leave your device only when you choose to save them to your photo library, share them with another app, or when they are included in your device's own backup (such as iCloud or Google backup), which is governed by Apple's or Google's privacy policy.

Information collected automatically

We do not operate our own analytics or tracking servers. However, the third-party services built into our apps (see section 3) may automatically collect certain information, such as:

  • Device and advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, if you allow it; Android Advertising ID on Android)
  • Device model, operating system version, language and app version
  • IP address and approximate (coarse) location derived from it
  • Ad interactions (impressions and taps) and basic diagnostic information such as crashes

Purchases

In-app purchases (for example, VIP or ad removal) are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never receive or store your payment card details. We only receive confirmation of whether a purchase is valid so we can unlock the feature you bought.

2. Device permissions

Our apps ask for a permission only when a feature needs it, and you can change it at any time in your device settings:

App Tracking Transparency (iOS) Both apps To ask whether ads may use your advertising identifier for personalization. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", you will still see ads, but they will be less relevant.
Internet / network access Both apps To load ads, download optional theme packs and verify purchases. Core drawing and gameplay work offline.
Game controller (Bluetooth) 3D Pinball Space To let you play with a connected game controller. No controller data is collected.

3. Third-party services

Our apps use the following third-party services, which collect information under their own privacy policies:

We publish an app-ads.txt file to declare our authorized advertising sellers and help prevent ad fraud.

4. Advertising and your choices

Ads help us keep our apps free. Depending on your choices and where you live, ads may be personalized (based on your advertising identifier and app activity) or non-personalized (based only on contextual information such as the app you are using and your approximate location).

  • EEA, UK and Switzerland: we use Google's consent tool to ask for your consent before personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time from the privacy settings in the app, where available.
  • iOS: you can allow or deny tracking in the App Tracking Transparency prompt, or later in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
  • Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization, in Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads).
  • Remove ads: purchasing VIP or the ad-free option removes ads from the app.

5. How we use information

Information collected through the Services is used to:

  • Provide and maintain the apps and their features
  • Show ads and measure ad performance (through our advertising partner)
  • Process and restore in-app purchases
  • Diagnose crashes and improve stability
  • Respond to your questions and support requests
  • Prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for any purpose other than those listed above.

6. Sharing of information

We do not share personal information with third parties except:

  • With the service providers listed in section 3, which process data to provide their services
  • When required by law, regulation, legal process or a valid government request
  • To protect the rights, safety and property of KMIUYN, our users or others
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information

7. Data retention and security

Content you create stays on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to help you, and then deleted. Data collected by third-party services is retained according to their own policies.

We take reasonable measures to protect information, including using encrypted connections (HTTPS) for network requests and this website. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's privacy

Our apps are rated 4+ and are suitable for a general audience, but they are not directed specifically at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where required by law, ad requests for users who may be children are treated as child-directed and limited to non-personalized ads.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the EU/UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), or Vietnam's Personal Data Protection laws), you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time
  • Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

Because we do not keep accounts or personal profiles, most data is stored only on your device and can be deleted by uninstalling the app. For data held by our advertising partner, use the ad settings described in section 4. For any other request, email us and we will respond within 30 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

10. International transfers

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, these transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we may also notify you in the apps. Please review this page periodically.
